special k cereal 1-1/2 c.
1/2 cup lowfat milk
fiber one yogurt 1/2 cup
so that is what my breakfast looks like.
Day Two.
I’m not eating the best foods, but I’m eating foods that give me energy. I am not counting calories entirely until tomorrow.
I intended to start things off today, but instead all I ended up eating today was a footlong subway sandwich.
I did refuse McDonalds today when my friend was getting herself something from the drive-thru.
this is my attempt at a weight loss blog.
i really hate trying to lose weight but i need to!
